Checked out on site, had to initiate chat to setup delivery. Not until that moment was I told I needed to provide my ID to their email. No problem done that many times purchasing GP from legitimate sites. I asked how long it would take to verify after I sent, because some places in the past beat around the bush and takes hours to verify. I was then informed that I have two names on my PayPal account so I would have to use my own account. I did use my own account. It is the PayPal account I have had for nearly 20 years. I am the only authorized user, but rather than answer my questions I was rudely told I had again that I had to use my own account. I said I have a first and middle name, and I have gone by my middle name my whole life, my ID I was willing to send could verify it as my account by name and address. I was then rudely told I had to change the info in my PayPal account, which I have used without issue forever. Rather than let me send my ID, I was told it was refunded and I was not allowed to buy from their site. Makes absolutely no sense.
