The Huge Gold Seller Bluesky Has Scammed Me

Heys guys I'm posting a video of my recent chat logs with the massive gold seller BlueSky. This is the legitimate Skype of bluesky as you can see in the video and she has paid me multiple times of much greater amounts from this Skype account. What Happened:

I Paid bluesky 11m 07 and then gave her my paypal. After me giving her the 11m she then told me she could only send mass payments for some stupid reason. So i asked for her to refund my 11m and she said she couldn't because she had delivered the gold. After arguing for ages she said she would refund when her manage returns in 6 hours. So I woke up at stupid o'clock to meet the manager who she informed me only turned up to open the office door! She apologised and I told her to phone him up but refused and eventually we decided that she would deliver the gold to my bank within an hour. I messaged her multiple times through out the day with no replies back. The gold still hasn't been delivered to my account and its been 24 hours. I have now run out of membership on the account i sent her the gold from so i now have to renew as she won't pay to any other accounts.
I have never had a problem with bluesy in like 3 years of selling to her much greater amounts. Has the Skype account been hacked? It was bluesky5581,
