Johng1208 scammed me I THINK please read my post

I dont know where else to post this this guy johng1208 got banend today i think and also he chargesback my money which i sold him 28mil of rsgp for and he charged me back on paypal and we traded last week! i cant file report on him since he already got banned so im thinking he just thought to chargeback all his money since hes already banned ... how can i get my money back their holding it right now when i say to show proof on paypal it tells me to show online tracking or somthing i dont know what to do is my money gone for good ?

 

He's not being unbanned until he sorts out the chargebacks that were filed, I'll make sure yours gets resolved too before he's unbanned
