Added me on skype and tried to scam me, they don't want to use a Middleman and will try to impress you with their website http://www.buyrunescape4golds.com/ ( i don't know it is really his )

don't ever to any trades with them. Just block him as soon as he adds you to buy an account. He wanted me to change my e-mail to his, which i did (without telling my username or password) and he just blocked me and changed the accs password (he did not know the username, and when you get an email to change your adress it won't show the log-in user.. idk how) I did get the account back
