Hegsy is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: He was saying prices that were really low so i suspected him as a scammer all along. We talked over Skype and he would use a mm. He said we could go in increments and i asked increments with a middle man then he said no and blocked me as a contact
How they scammedid not exactly scam. The were trying to scam though. I'm trying to protect other users from losing their money.
