    Heres story:

    Screen of him telling me that he did not recieved any money as a refund. Notice last messegen recieved time. It was after paypal refunded money to him.

    Screens of paypal refund ( I can also provride paypal password and e-mail to mods , because I do not use it anymore and its limited.

    I dont know how you will decided , but definitely he is lying about paypal refund.
