King Krab Pardon request

First and foremost I'd like to come forward and say that I've NOT posted anything on Sythe since I was banned. I woke up to a friend's message about how my dispute didn't get accepted. He also said "It doesn't look like something you would have posted."

When it comes to my character or my reputation or anything that represents me I will always put my best foot forward. I wouldn't have posted this:



I believe it was the same guy who reported me and trying to make me look like a nutcase - but anyway, moving forward.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

The events that took place was 6 YEARS AGO. This is more than a quarter of my life ago. Back then I was pretty foolish and lacked morals. My mindset was: Money by any means necessary. I have, in the past 6 years, gone through 4 different computers. So any deniability I have would be have to be taken by my word. Clearly that is not going to work. I have done some pretty black-hat stuff in my past, although it's not all true on the report. There is no point in trying to convince anyone otherwise.

I was targeted by an individual who is a known scammer and has a vendetta against me because I don't want people like him around my community. I've banned him from several teamspeaks and will continue to do so. It's pretty clear from the year I've been on Sythe that I am not a real threat, being trusted upwards of $10K. Since I've been banned I've even traded with a few users and have been put in the position of trust. Nothing I did 6 years ago is going to effect the relations I have with this site and my business that goes on.

I'm asking for forgiveness. It's safe to say my morals have changed and I pride myself on legitimacy and integrity. What I've done in the past is not right - the stuff I did was back in 2011, there wasn't any specific targets either. This makes it hard to refund/contact any of the people I've wronged.

Most of my trades are done off-site anyway, using Sythe as a way to log them and show credibility. Sythe isn't a big part of my trades, but I enjoy being here. I like being part of the community, being able to show you guys what I enjoy doing (staking), while getting to see what others enjoy doing. All of this was before I even joined Sythe. This shouldn't change anyone's opinion on me.

The fact that someone posted on your behalf is an obvious attempt as trying to portray a more negative image of you.

It's an odd case so before I proceed with this pardon I will speak to the staff members.

You don't actually need to pardon. As mentioned on discord the offences are dated back in 2011/2012. We forgive offences that are not related to scamming if they're older than 3 years. I have confirmed this with admins as I had a feeling this was the case.
