Messages ignored, Cashout Withheld(1.08B), Deposit Not Refunded(500M)

On 11/30/2025, I contacted Mared(Discord UID:1036756679645212803) on Discord via the wallet ticket system and requested a cashout of 1.08B coins After making this request, they completely ignored me. I sent multiple follow-ups, but received no response. I also reached out to a manager on Discord, who said they would speak to Mared but after that, I still got no reply. Furthermore, I was completely cut off by the staff I was not given any new jobs, and the two active job tickets I was working on were taken away from me without any explanation. The only thing I am asking for is the return of my deposit and my wallet funds. I have no other issues besides this, and I simply want my wallet and deposit back. I hope for a prompt resolution from the staff.

The worker violated our server rules by contacting the customer privately, which is strictly against our policy. All communications with customers must go through the server to ensure transparency and prevent issues like this. Unfortunately, the customer lost items during the service. As a result, the order must be completed and the losses covered first. His payment will be released after the order is completed, and the cost of the lost items will be deducted from it. Additionally, regarding the deposit, since he broke the server rules, it will remain held until the end of April, as this what we usually do to make sure he won't DM the customer after he left
We are not refusing to pay him, but the situation must be resolved properly first since the issue happened due to his violation of our rules, and we've discussed that with the worker already so idk why this thread opened.

Regarding the rules, the customer only sent me the information through DMs because their bot was not working at the time. I did not violate any rules or do anything that caused them any loss. However, the situation was unnecessarily turned into an issue, and the response I received was quite rude. It has already been several days, and my messages on Discord are being ignored. I kindly request them to return my dues as soon as possible. I would appreciate it @Zulu

The missing items were not of high value ( untradeable items). The main issue was that the worker delayed progress on several tickets in our server while working with other providers at the same time, This led to one client requesting a refund due to the delay, and another client requesting a staff change after some items were lost.
Additionally, the worker violated one of our core server rules by privately messaging a client outside of the ticket system. Because of this rule violation, his deposit was placed on hold, and he was clearly informed about the timeline for when he would be able to recover his funds.
One of the affected clients has already agreed to compensate him for the items that were lost, but they requested that another worker handle the order moving forward.
As previously agreed with him, we are currently waiting for the ticket to be fully resolved. After that, he will receive any remaining balance owed to him.

I will also provide screenshots and additional proof as soon as I return, as I am currently out of town.

The worker did break one of our main rules by contacting the customer privately outside the ticket system, which is strictly against our policy. Because of this situation and the issues that followed with the client, the worker’s deposit was temporarily placed on hold while we resolve the customer's damages.
This is a standard precautionary procedure and not an attempt to permanently withhold the worker’s funds. The worker has already been informed that once the ticket expires and the damages are calculated, the remaining balance will be returned.

Since we are actively cooperating and resolving the matter, I kindly ask if the precautionary DNT could be removed as it may unnecessarily harm our reputation.

However, the worker did break our rules by contacting the customer privately, which is strictly against our policy. If the payment is processed immediately, how would any penalty for breaking these rules—clearly stated in our terms—be applied?

 

I kindly ask if the precautionary DNT could be removed as it may unnecessarily harm our reputation, and we've provided the proof that would justify the situation

 

Although this renders our workers policies ineffective, we will deduct the amount needed for these items and refund him today to avoid further complications.

We will contact him today and pay him what he is owed.

He's trying to bargain with me over payment for a ticket that was canceled because he didn't work on it for two months, and for the ticket where he lost items and didn't respond.
Now he's trying to continue this after u ignored my workers policies!!
