User was banned here for ruining multiple accounts and refusing to pay for them: Reporting user for scamming.

There is evidence of him forging chat logs in order to make it seem like he is getting a lighter punishment/not punished at all.

I have increased his temp ban to a permanent one, staff see deleted.
