Kinaesthic - banned due to a huge misunderstanding

Hello Sythe! Kinaesthic here!

Now, I got banned due to one HUUUGE misunderstanding, which I will NOW! explain;

This summer, I've registered (Or a friend did, cannot remember) under the name of AbovePerfection GFX, this worked out well untill he started to scam me, lie to me and get himself/me banned on sythe, we got temporarily banned (I think this is where the ban evasion came from)

Now, I've registered under the name of Lifebelt last year, I really, REALLY! Didn't felt like using that as it wasn't appealing nor anything in-depth.. So I quitted sythe, once more.

This January, I really wanted to come back under the name of Kinaesthic, now I could not register under my own IP anymore due to some reason so I asked my girlfriend to register it for me, she did, she also registered her own account (Railey) for Sythe.
Now I've made a couple of things for her and she felt like vouching me for it as she wanted to support me a bit aswell (So this is where the self-vouching part comes in place), so yes.. One big misunderstanding, I know..

If you feel like contacting me any further for this, please! Go ahead, as I really want this to get fixed..!
