Not really stalling a person who was going to lend me the money apparently got "ddosed" also I have offered a proposition and you declined :/

@Kimberly As seen here: https://www.sythe.org/threads/2558955/rules-for-dicing/, if a payment method is stated, you must have the required funds available for that payment method in order to dice.

What you stated carries zero relevance here. If you don't have the funds, then don't dice. I'm not sure what's so complicated about that.
