Explain the service: No defender to a Dragon defender
Proof that it's their Skype: It's in their signature and there's this: Gyazo - 4dc29a733d5112f27576c48b43d3b9db.gif and they pm'd on Sythe when I asked them to on Skype.

Proof that the service was not completed: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet That's what I saw when I logged in and he did not have access to the bank, I was just showing that they aren't in there.
Other relevant trade screenshots: I can show all unedited versions of those screenshots to any staff member. I just edited out my name for security and the last two in the first Imgur album are from him.

I'm pretty upset, it was a waste of time. He accepts my T.O.S then threatens me when I just want to see them for myself. I honestly don't understand.

Ok why would anyone not let you log until you pay? Obvious scam attempt.

I will give him a TWC for now, lets see what he has to say for himself
