Perple Previous Account Self Vouching, and Vading Scamming Accusations

Explanation: There are 3 sythe accounts all connected to one ip which obviously seem to be the home IP. http://i.imgur.com/7prJkKn.png

There are a couple of people accusing of scamming (no real proof) of the other profiles on the Ip, I am guessing they made a new account to get away from those accusations or avoid a possible ban.
