Keylogger help

I may be overreacting but taking extra precaution.
This is scaring me.

I did download the file and ran unbanning guide for www.runescape.com which is an MS-DOS Application. NOTHING came up once i double clicked it. scanned it with Virustotal and nothing came up. also i have norton and that did not pick anything up. im afraid to log into my accounts until this problem is secure. if it even is a problem. what can i do to prevent anything happening from this point on?
