KEVINVZLA scammed me!

Explain the service: purchased a 07 runescape training job for 75 - 86 construction from KevinVzla on here. Sent him my account info (thinking he trusted because he's been vouched for by a mod). Went to bed. He waited for 3 hours and then messaged while I was asleep claiming there was no items in my bank. Logged in the morning to find my bank cleaned.

Amount scammed: 980m - 1b (I know im stupid for leaving so much value on it. but again he's been vouched for by a mod)

I recorded my bank 5 minutes prior to sending account info. Also got screenshots of our conversation on sythe.

I would also like to hear TySimpson's/Pirate's opinion on here because it clearly says on his profile „KevinVzla is my top guy, anything that may happen due to Kevin's wrong doing is covered by me if the ticket system is utilized through my Discord [Booty Eaters]“

Pirate told me on discord that Kevin (KevinVzla) doesn’t have the funds to repay and that it is basically my own fault for leaving excess wealth on my account.

Please help. Thank you

 

I understand I should have told him to remove the wealth and it was a mistake to let him keep it on the account, but I have done previous order for him and never had issues. But I did not take the wealth, i make a decent amount here on sythe and have a big deposit set to TySimpson and have no reason to scam anyone. I feel that you are trying to force me or TYsimpson to pay you for something that you set up

 

There is a reason we ask users to follow this very simple rule:

When valuables are left on an account, there are many variables that come into play that hinder the ability for either side to prove their innocence; and in most cases, evidence provided by either party is not enough. We can not prove who logged into the account as you both have the account login details.

However I do find it weird that @KevinVzla mentions he would be able to start the service right away, but claims he did not log into the users account until three hours after he receives the account login details.

As for this, @Pirate is and will not be responsible for his worker as you did not go through him or his service discord - rather, you went straight to the worker @KevinVzla instead (Without Pirate's knowledge). I suggest you to either remove your wealth prior to services or to give the worker a unique password change link in the future.

@KevinVzla will receive a TWC for failing to notify @tek9 to remove his valuables.
