    keto isn't really a long-term solution but it's effective.

    Not sure what the video says regarding cholesterol but fats in your diet are good if you have have cholesterol problems :p.

    I did keto a while back and lost 25-30lbs and got shredded

    this is just a fad. this is not a diet. This is a life style. If you plan to live your life like this forever then fair enough..

    But diets are not hard.... you do not need to do a fancy meat diet a fancy veggy diet only eating before 9pm etc......

    Just do a bit of excercise... your body burns off certain amount of calories a day... and if you eat less then that you will loose weight.


    When everyone eating at night for this diet makes me laugh..... should you not eat in the morning and fast at night?

    Pretty sure food fats and sugars get stored if you eat and do not exercise

    ive changed my life doing a Keto diet my blood pressure has dropped significantly to normal levels and my cholesterol is back to where it should be doctor was worried about it lol

    Keto diet is one of the most effective diets bodybuilder use while prepping for a competition. I’ve done it myself and it fits perfectly for me as I typically struggle to fit in all my carbs for the day.
