RSPS Shop/Scarfacekillznub/Neuqua17 is a ban evader

I checked his ip audit and figured the ip matches were just from a proxy ip, but then I noticed that all of the profiles were banned and that all of the multiple unregistereds appeared to belong to the same person. (Also some name similarities aka Scarfacekillznub vs. Scarpower vs. Scarface)
