I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the Trade With Caution (TWC) designation that was recently placed on my account due to a reported incident. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe trading environment, and I am committed to resolving this matter appropriately.

Upon reviewing the report linked above, it seems the individual who filed the complaint has not provided concrete evidence of being scammed. The screenshots shared were cropped and lacked crucial details that would substantiate his claim. Moreover, he mentioned that the link in my advertisement led him to a different server with the Discord invite "discord.gg/p2p." To verify his statement, I attempted to join that server multiple times but never successfully connected until today. Surprisingly, it turned out to be an entirely different server unrelated to ours.

I acknowledge my oversight in not updating my advertisement promptly after losing my Discord URL seven months ago. I take full responsibility for this lapse and assure you that corrective measures have been implemented to prevent such issues in the future.

It's essential to note that our community has been actively providing services for two years without any prior accusations of scamming. I believe that the decision to TWC us was particularly harsh given the lack of substantial evidence and our track record.

I respect the platform's commitment to maintaining a secure environment for all users. I kindly request your reconsideration in removing the TWC designation from our account. Your assistance in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated.
