Report for KEIS, Please ban ASAP before he scams anymore people.

Warning:
Apparently, I am not the first to get scammed by this person named "KEIS". "merccyyy" has also been scammed by this person, and you can check merccyyy's thread. Please ban "KEIS" before he scams anymore people. I have calculated the total amount of money he scammed from merccyyy, and I put together. It is exactly $54. This is not including the people who got scammed, but aren't reporting it yet.

The story:
I added him and asked him if he had a L4D2 unverified steam account for about $5, he replied with no, and then attempted to sell me an account with 75 games for $180. I did not have enough money on me at the time so I declined. Throughout the day he kept begging me, and asking me. Later on that night, he said fine, how much money do you have on your PAYPAL account. I told him I had about $22. He was willing to sell me the 75 game steam account for that price. I agreed, but I was cautious because he had only 1 vouche, and seemed so willing to sell that account for such a cheap price. I asked him if we could involve a middleman, he first said no, and then said they are all scammers. I assured him I would get a mod of Sythe to middleman for us. He agreed. I then searched throughout the forum, the whole approved MM section in the forums had only RS MMs. I began to add all the Mods in MSN, the only one that happened to sign in was "plznate72hotmail.com", I asked him if he was willing to MM for us, he said he doesn't do MM for steam accounts. I was out of options for a middleman, so I gave up. He then gave an idea for "half now, half after". It seemed like a great idea for the both of us, because if he scammed me, I wouldn't lose as much, and if I scammed him, he still got something in return. I agreed, but it was one of the worst decisions I have made in my life. He told me to give him $14 first, and to add a little note for legal action if I were to take the money back once I had the account. I said fine, because he was willing to get a middleman earlier, I trusted him a bit. Right after the money was sent, he claimed his internet was disconnecting, yet he was on MSN talking to me. He assured me his ISP would bring somebody down to fix it, and he would have my steam by tomorrow. At that point, I already knew I was scammed, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and waited 1 day. The next day came, which is today, the day I am writing this report. He messaged me saying something about his MSN was hacked, and I sent the money to the wrong PAYPAL account, but then types exactly the same as the person who hacked his MSN account. Saying things like "PCE". After his fake story, I was done talking to him, and decided to come here, and report it.

I will be settling a dispute with this person on PAYPAL, but this guy is an obvious scammer, he used the same story on "merccyyy" to scam both of us.

So once more, PLEASE ANY MOD ban this person, and remove his steam store immediately, he has already scammed over $50 USD. If his steam store is allowed to be viewed anymore, he will scam more people.
