As for Stakers, I believe he is either the same person (he's made multiple accounts before when one gets called out for scamming) or either of these people who were recently banned:

Could be neither. I'm less sure about Stakers, but he joined Sythe with the skype "sythe.stakers" already prepared so it's extremely likely that he is a ban evader. 99.9% sure about Clapped.
