Here you see on powerbot there's a report on dom.sup (which is Pvm Nasty the ex mod's skype) reporting users who bm with him and having people threaten to DDoS them

If he's reported people before and had them banned I wouldn't be surprised if his guide to prevent being caught was actually a way to get caught easier in some way shape or form to help the staff.
