Next time I start wcing yews man I'm going to do this..trying to build up some muscles for soccer..this year. Or bring my bowflex up to my room and sit on it while I play Runescape.

Normally I go out in the morning (around 6:00 am) and take my dog for a walk around the block.

 

this is good for fatty rs players LOL

 

just go working out 3 times a week, from that i got a 6 pack and still play runescape )

Half of RuneScape is probrably obese. Decent guide. Although they can't only work on biceps and abs.

yea for most of the people here i think runescape is about relaxing? for other people i guess they are addicted, thats why they are here to buy money lol, none the less im in great shape already, but i would like to work on my six pack! thanks for this and now i will impress the ladies in no time =p
