   i asked for a simple verify and couldnt be done i told him several times i will go first just verify...and he insisted on using a mm and would not use a omm only hanahrd or something i asked to use snow patrol and would not stop insisting of using that mm '

   Sounds to me like a simple disagreement on which OMM to use, nothing we can really do about it.
