Explanation of the trade: I asked to have my account boosted from d4-d2 in NA.

How they scammed: Per their pricing this would be $80. I did not ask for the 30% discount and they did not offer it over discord DM. They start the "boost" and immediately started losing and playing worse than I do. The next day I checked and they were at Emerald 3, having lost down 3 ranks from where I was. It was at this time that they completely disappeared and have not responded since then despite my attempts at a refund.

I have since paid another service to get me back to where I was, but I have not been refund the money or had them reach out. Additionally, I attempting a dispute through paypal/my credit card as this payment was done through friends and family. Additional shots of the conversation are attached as are the winrate the "booster" was able to accomplish.
