Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I borrowed and held a DWH in game 5+ years ago, got reported and banned on sythe, made a new acc got banned for evading, paid back the DWH, applied for a pardon and thought it was granted as I've conducted a lot of business on sythe over the last 4 years with absolutely zero issues.
