    That c4d is fail. It's not even in the same colour scheme of the majority of the tag, you need to learn when to use c4ds, don't just put them in for the sake of it. Most really good tags have subtle c4ds or no c4ds. If I had to class it I would say Upper-Novice. Download some PDS packs to see how people use c4ds and the layer styles they use.
