Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
This guy has been camping the runescape account sales thread and attempting to scam people by offering them the same "5.6b trimmed account" that was enlisted on his other banned alts. I literally see this guy every other week with a new alias, scamming people with the same method every time.
This guy also seems to pose as a girl to gain people's trust and to seem innocent, so there is possibly some catfishing involved there too.
Please get him out of here before he scams someone else.
