    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Had to create account with mobile device since i got a window telling an account has already been made with this IP (another family member)

    Anything else you wish to say: Posting again to get my TWC removed, this time from using the main home network, last post i was using a diffrent router.
