    Sorry there's been some sort of confusion or something, maybe my brother or sister has used my IP to open up an account.

    The account's name was verrizza or something like that. I've already purchased an order of 40m rsgp from one of your admins, Nick, and I'd like to post quickly, as he's advertised a "Live Chat" feature on his site that simply isn't there.
