Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : I suspect he's back on sythe pulling the same scam. + IP Audit is a match

He's posting on accounts with heavy wealth. Price check on Lvl 124 main 1900+ Total

Images taken from the account page with 300m+ bank, basically tries to buy it but his only goal is to get access to the account in which he cleans the account.
