Kariinane ban appeal

Hello.

Ive noticed that i have been banned from the forum.

The person who reported me sadly framed me for scamming him.
I sold him on Osbot forum an maxed 7 defence AGS pker for OSRS GP.
Everything was cool until i woke up one day before work and he claims that the account is locked.
I told him to unlock the account because i gave him all the information.
After being at work for about 5 hours i notice new skype message from him and he claims then that the account has been scammed from him and pass changed.
He also sent me picture about the new e-mail being set.

There was set e-mail with "d********@Y****.com". Which obviously goes for Yahoo.
When i sold him the account, he wanted me to set the e-mail to "[email protected]".

Something fishy was going on because when checking these first letters it fits for "Dale" his first name.
I was also thinking that he might have done an unlock appeal BUT he accidently entered @yahoo instead of @hotmail, never know.

Then i asked from him if he owns an Yahoo e-mail. He sayd no and never ever he owned one.
Also moderator from Osbot asked from him that, he sayd still no 100%.

Then i decided to do some checking, i went to Yahoo homepage, i entered lost password or something, entered his hotmail e-mail.

Seems like HE DOES have Yahoo account because when i added his e-mail there it told that password re-set or something is sent to his very same e-mail he told me to set on the account in the first place.

I also noticed he had ruined the account from 7 def to 20 and maybe he wanted refund because of the account was ruined or maybe he tried selling it to someone else and got scammed or did actually sold it to someone, got the profits from buyer and now asks an refund from me as well. I refused to refund because i know that i have no recovered the account from him.

The things that he claimed to not own yahoo 100% and the "d*****@yahoo.com" is set on the account is very odd.
He is also on TWC ranked on Osbot because few staff members think that he actually framed me for scamming.

I sadly had to accept the ban on Osbot because i refuse to pay to an scammer who tries to frame me and get back his earnings. If he wouldnt know the full infos of account and ruined the def 7 to 20, then i would have refunded him and all done but since he knows full infos and ruined def on the account, he will not get any refund.

Im also asking to be unbanned on this forum because obviously his actions are obvious that he tried to frame me.

Im also posting just letter here without pictures but if pictures are needed, im happy to provide them in the next post to this same thread, i dont actually know how this dispute thing works here as well. I just tried making new account also to post dispute but tells i have already this account "kariinane" on my ip.

Also i just checked the pictures i saved on 29.11.2016 and took picture of the current experience of the account i sold him and now todays 9.1.2017, no exp gains have made. Maybe he just entered the e-mail incorrectly which is HIS fault not mine.

In that scam report, you literally tell him thank you for the free GP. I don't think there's any confusion there about what you meant.

Framing may seem easy to do but it's also easy to pretend to be framed. Unless you have more evidence aside from the email thing, I'm gonna have to agree with the initial ban.
