first of all, i don't know where to put this.

i don't know what went wrong or why this particular manager i guess who works there got mad, as you can see i've done nothing wrong, and he nerdraged at me for no reason.


i just wanna know what did i do wrong to be treated like that? i've loved the site i didn't expect that to happen.
would like a good response please.

PS: at the end he was like " go and post it faggot im waiting" lel

They can do as they please on their livechat; if you don't like how they operate, simply sell your gold elsewhere.

 

so they can treat anyone like shit as they wish to? i don't understand how a professional gold seller takes his business like that, unless it's operated by kids.

 

They can operate their business any way they wish. It's up to the consumer to pick where he shops.

 

I mean he has a point, i don't really see why people even try and sell 17m? He told you his min was 25m, he didn't want to do 17m now 20m later. Whats the issue? Walk away, he wasnt forcing you to sell more to him, and hes not the only gold buyer.

 

so if i wanna sell 17m i must be treated like shit? lol well i didn't know this

 

to be honest, when he said their min is 25M i misunderstood and thought his "max" for buying, so i was asking why, suddenly they went ham on me for that lol, i guess it's my fault for misunderstanding.

 

It wasnt the best way to handle the situation for sure. However coming from a former Live chat agent. I can attest to how annoying a seller like you is lol

 

as i said, i didn't know what he meant by 25m min, otherwise i would of have never said anything and left
