    Going to ban him now. Although there's no proof of him having the 150M during the service, there is proof that @Brostar has bad intent. Ignoring PM's again, and on top of that having another report on him is more than enough for me to believe this is a scam-quit. Sorry for your loss @runescapefanatic22, and I'll have this account added to the list of accounts not to rent. Thanks for the report @Protector.
