Tizm scammed me 2m

My other topic was declined due to lack of proof but I have the whole msn window on here. so I will start with my story.

I'm reporting a member named "Tizm" He scammed me 2m rs gold, He claimed he was going to sell me a guild wars factons key for 4m. Since no mm was on we did 50/50. when i paid him 2m he logged off rs and msn. I have proof so please ban him. the only reason i payed him first was because he seemed trusted around here. please ban him.
