brief summary, it happens this account has a second "original" owner, and the account is being recovered multiple times. Now, the recovery info worked for the first few times, but now the email of him is registrated, which means I'm now unable to get it back again.

please, bother using that dutch translator, it clearly says he refuses to give any kind of refund, or does not deny there is some1 else in play.

 

Tell him that he is to refund you, if he refuses then he can be banned.
