JXBN- breach of section rules (OSRS account)

Explanation of the trade: I purchased an ironman of JXBN on the 07/08/2020 (7th of August). I paid 160m for the account advertised on sythe.org. The trade was rather smooth, and we came to a deal for the account. It was an 1150 total ironman account in exchange for 160m on my end (items to avoid RWT drama).
How they scammed: Fast forward 6 days and the account in which I had purchased had been booted offline and given a permanent ban. In which, bans aren’t covered in as stated in TOS, however I didn’t do anything on the account that could warrant a ban, and I had only just received the account (therefore potentially before the transfer of the accounts). Regardless, the onus is on me for that unfortunately. I was shocked the find out it was a permanent ban upon looking at the account history. Much to my dismay I find a previous offence on the 20th of May which was NOT disclosed during our trade, in fact, not only was it not disclosed (as per sythe rules) JBXN had actually posted a fake screenshot of another account’s ban history to show a clean slate. I have been completely played out of my money, left with no account or money now. That is my reasoning for disputing this trade. JXBN clearly did not want to disclose that there was a previous ban on this account. Upon speaking to JXBN after I found the ban on the account, he did tell me that before we transferred the accounts he did play ‘solid hours’ at pest control to achieve all void sets but denies any use of bots. https://imgur.com/a/J4wtJfF
Once I prompted him to read the rules in which he must disclose account blackmarks/ban history, he has since stopped replying. Blaming me entirely on the ban and that TOS covers him.
