Disputing ban

So... I have no idea what to do other than just share all information which I have. I met Cold while playing cs go and he was the one who suggested me getting into Sythe and he offered me for him to pay 5m osrs so he would get me into this business as soon as possible with his tips and tricks (I didn't know anything about this site prior him).. I used what he suggested me, today he encouraged me to donate more and I tried to do so and that's how it all went:

I want to use my runescape knowledge to give the best experience to all Sythe users and I really hope mods will look into this and will see that I have nothing to do with it :/ I can do everything what is asked to prove my innocence just let me know what I have to do I am really excited to work with runescape :/

 

The reason for the ban: Space

I am mistaken for another Sythe member called Cold. I met him playing CS GO and he was the one who introduced me to the Sythe and offered me some of his tips and tricks to get on this market for 5m osrs gp and since I was super excited about all this I accepted the offer and tried to build my business here. He suggested me donating more money to Sythe and I did so using Wortel, since Wortel is using only Skype Cold suggested me using his skype account since I never had one before and without thinking much I did so since I was excited just to get my new $100 donor rank. Later on I found out that Cold is actually banned on Sythe and the skype account which he gave me was linked to his Sythe account or something like that. I can provide all chat logs, I really please mods look deeper into this as I am really shocked that this happend to me when all I was trying to do was to provide quality services and have this as my main source of income while I am a student. From my whole heart I really hope you will look deeper into this and if needed I can provide anything what is needed to prove myself.

Not sure why my all ban disputes are not going through, I guess it's too hard to admit your own mistake and now just straight up ignoring me? It feels really horrible when I was giving so much hope into this forum and now innocent person is getting banned for something that wasn't in his control and knowledge and without any chance to dispute and prove himself... I can provide everything I can just ask if you need anything more for the proof and don't ignore me... Futher more if I would be the guy you think I am, I am pretty sure I would be scamming all of the clients I currently have but I stopped all of my services until this is resolved as Sythe rules states.

So you're expecting me to believe you were in talks with someone banned who scam quit a while back, and paid him for advice before as well as used his Skype because he let you? That is extremely bizarre as it takes a couple minutes to make your own Skype, and you live near this user, so after consulting with @Gen we believe the ban was properly placed here. You will have to request a pardon and make repayment if you'd like to be unbanned.
