Buying Pure

First off, NO MAINS, NO TANKS, NO RUNE PURES (exceptions to this, scroll down).

Requirements.

1 defense - A must, if it's anything higher, you might as well leave.
1 Prayer - This is preferred, but I can deal with an account that has prayer.
40 attack - AND LESS, (nothing higher please)
60+ strength
63+ range (70 preferred)
25+ Magic (Not required)
55+ Health (Not required)

Account must come with atleast 200k cash.
NO recoveries, NO bank pin, NEVER been P2P.

I prefer Range/2h accounts, and 40 attack strength pures.

The only exception I make to rune pures are if they have the following stats.

80+ combat
40-45 Defense
80+ range preferred (range not required)
80+ strength - Mandatory
70+ health
31+ prayer
40+ attack
