Requesting a TwC or Ban for attempted scam.

What happened:

I was buying a 12 month XBL subscription, and he was willing to sell EXTREMELY cheap, so I figured this was too good to be true.

He wanted me to go first, and I told him I wouldn't because of how new, and untrusted he was. He then agreed he'd send me the code first. After that he sent me a code, and when I attempted to redeem, it had already been redeemed.

On his thread he states he only has 1 code, and this attempt to scam me was made after he already had a vouch for selling the code.
Then after I told him the code he gave me was used, he said he had 4 of
them, right there his thread and what he said conflict. Then a moment later,
he removed me off of skype.

Possibly just confusion on his behalf. I will put in a request for a TWC though. Thanks.
