What should I high alch?

I am trying to up my magic level, but I don't know what to alch. What is a good free to play object that I can high alch with minimum loss of money? Thanks.

Thanks for the platebodies, but is there any free objects that I can buy in bulk? Platebodies are sorta expensive.

Anything you can buy in bulk results in a bigger loss of money per alch. That's just how it works, people pays more so they can autoclick for hours straight. Others try to stay cheap by buying 100 Addy platebodies, rune med etc.

 

You never want to buy free items to alch, that will maximize your loss in alchs with nature runes. There are plenty of items that you can lose 50gp each alch rather than an entire nature rune.

 

I mean free to play, sorry for being unclear. >.<
