    Just got this computer!

What can I do in order to make it run Runescape (Powerbot) better?

A laptop it is, and I am just wondering what can be done to enhance the performance.

Honestly not much you can do with a laptop aside from upgrading the ram or harddrive which in both cases will not increase performance. Your limited to the processor you have which is pretty outdated. I'd save up for a new computer of if you have the money buy/build one.

Edit: Make sure there's no bloatware on it, delete all programs that are unnecessary. Download Malwarebytes and make sure you don't have any kind of viruses, they can slow down your computer a considerable amount. Good luck and if you need help with anything I mentioned just ask.

Laptops in general are not great for botting or gaming, or anything intensive. Due to their size their performance must be scaled down to avoid overheating. You computer should be able to run 2 bots though i would think.

Performance wise you are extremely limited when upgrading laptops. The only easily upgraded components are the ram and the harddrive, and neither would do you good really.

Not always the case actually, i used to have a 2009 Macbook Pro and i managed to have 4 bots running simultaneously, whilst playing a 5th myself.

And one of the bots was always a Soul Wars bot, we all know how cpu-eating that one is lol

Honestly, I think your laptop has cheap parts insde.

I had a Fujitsu running at 2.0 gHz with 3GB RAM and I ran Powerbot very smoothly.
