We Stacked On Figures upgrade scams

Briefly explain the trade: I was approached by the scammer on pm when i posted on a much bigger trader asking for a upgrade, he seemed nice at first but after my payment to him, he asked for my Runescape password and said it included in his "ToS" which it clearly didn't but i trusted him anyways at this point he messages me and says "Seems to be a problem." and when i asked what was the problem he told me he requires my bank pin in order to make me p2p which was really odd and fishy. At this point i just wanted to cancel the trade and thats what i tried to do, he just called me an asshole and logged out with the money.

Current membership status:I don't really know what this means, Im f2p right now and hes a "member" rank of sythe.
