Well, do the turmoil quests before training defence. Turmoil is a must have if you want to be a zerker.

If you did "chimps" (Red chins) you would have more than 86 hp. Considering the 99 str, and the 90+ range + the 90+ mage.
You need to go back and do chins/barrage to get your hp up.

If you only PK f2p then 40defence wouldn't do much harm.

If you pk members then quest and get all RFD gloves etc.

& Lmao if your a loser then dont return, sell your account you'd probably get a nice price

Since your only pking F2P keep 21 defense. 40 defense at high lvs wont do much trust me.

Try aim for some prayer levels? if you wanna get any higher in level get turmoil?

 

If you only PK in F2P then I would just stick with what you currently have and Pk Pk Pk! Plus continue training ranged now and then until 99.

 

Getting the 40 def and upping yourself 4-5 levels is not worth it. tankers hit rune just as well as mith at that low defence.
