Playerauctions limits?

Kind of in a pickle here,about a month ago i first started using playerauctions because its indeed a very safe system.When i first started using it i couldn't use Paypal as payment method because of some ''identity verification'' problems (Dont know why).I contacted their live support chat and they told me that i either needed to use Moneybookers or Neteller.By the time then i diden't have either of these.So i created both a Neteller and Moneybookers account and mostly used Neteller to pay through PA.All went fine till yesterday morning when i made a payment with Neteller for about 315$ and my payment got canceled and i have been issued a refund.I contacted live support chat and they said it's because there is a 200$ monthly transaction limit (Which is bullshit concidering i have spended about 1,7k$ in the past month without problem, all of the single payments being over 300$ each) now they say i need to use Paypal echeck or Western union (both which takes amazingly long time to verify).Is there anyone who has had this problem aswell? And knows if there is anything to do about it

Can't figure out something to do about it. How can paypal and western union take amazingly long time to verify? Wu shouldn't take more then 1 hour to verify a payment, and paypal might just take a few min.
