Just got chargedback on Paypal!! HELP PLEASE

Hello I just got chargedback from some1 i sold money before for 307$ usd total, first 252$ then 55$. This transaction was made 25/09/2011 , and the refund date is 25/04/2012, I dont know what to answer in the reclaim to paypal, i have 4 more days to do it. It is the reason as Unauthorized Transaction.
He also put a note about "I will never ask any refund, I know paypal policy about online games but im happy with this trade ------ (my name) ". In both payments, hope any Mod or good paypal trader could help me what to answer. :'(

 

Best thing to do is probably call Paypal - You should be able to talk it out with them.

 

Yeah I would definitely call up PayPal, mention the fact that it was made a LONG time ago, and he has likely had some kind of activity in between making that payment.

 

Call paypal, its a long time ago between payments. You will win,easy.
