who owns it i need to talk to the owner about buying a rank.

 

You would have to join the non-host Teamspeak and ask to speak to an admin when they get in. Nothing like this is done through Sythe or in-game, all rank discussion is done through the non-host Teamspeak.

 

do you think its worth the investment? and how does teamspeak work?

 

TeamSpeak is like a group skype call with people in separate channels.

I have feen on the chat for over 2 hrs no ones on and no one accepted me to talk

 

It's not as easy as just handing over your 7b or whatever they charge now and your in.
They need space on their clan for the time of day shifts you want etc.

Considering all the recent drama in the gamble scene I'd personally say its not worth it to invest over like 3-4b straight up into any clan.

But FYI a good way to get the hosts talking to you is to bet big on them and make them money. They become real friendly then.
