Officially Unofficial Sythe.Org Call of Duty team. Giving back to the community.

Well, as I play WAY too much Call of Duty, and have played quite a bit at the Pro MLG level, as well as being on several Semi-Pro teams, experience in LAN tournaments, etc... I have decided to put together a professional Sythe.Org MLG team. It will be composed of Sythe.Org's best players overall, and be on the Xbox 360 console. We will be on Black Ops.

What we need:
5 - 7 more DEDICATED players. Obviously 5 mainstream players with 2 - 3 backups in case a mainstream player can't make it to a match.
1, maybe 2 good video editors. (Will be doing montages, promotional videos, and small editing projects.)
1 - 2 graphic designers. (Will be doing T-Shirt designs, Logo's, Emblems, Page Layouts, etc...)

My Goal:
I plan on our team playing LAN tournaments, as well as running fairly well on GameBattles and other similar sites. This being said, we will be playing on a professional level, and be bringing in profits. Since we are being based off of Sythe.Org, we will be giving 25% of ALL our profits back to Sythe.Org, the rest will be split between editors, graphic designers, and the team. Profit splits will be explained below. You will be expected to maintain a professional outlook and attitude at ALL TIMES. This means anytime we win/lose, I want to hear none of that, OWNED NOOB, UMADBRO?

Requirements for players:
Must be on Xbox Live at least twice a week. If you cannot make it, let us know why and we will work with you.
Must have a headset!
General knowledge of call-out terms and in depth knowledge of maps.
Overall knowledge of all types of game modes.

Requirements for video editors:
Must be able to show previous work, as well as edit small sample clips to show work.

Requirements for graphic designers:
Must be able to show previous work, as well as create a small preview image for the team.

Profit splits:
25% to Sythe.Org
10% to each of the winning players. (The 5 that played the tournament.)
5% to each of the standby players. (The 3 fill-ins.)
10% to be split between video editors and graphic artists.
Artists and editors will not be payed PER WORK. They will be payed as part of the team, as we make profits, they make profits. In the beginning this will seem slow, but as we start playing tournaments, you will end up making a LOT more, as you will most likely not being doing too much after initial logos, signatures, layouts, etc...

All the members of the team, as well as editors and artists will be recognized as such, there will be no discrimination between players and editors or artists saying I am more important because I actually play. No, All members of the team are equally important and without each member of the team, the team does not function properly.

ive been nolifing cod4 for about a month and might be getting mw2/blops again. if so im interested

 

I know this, lol, I have managed several Semi-Pro teams. I was having them post a gamertag so I could invite them and spectate them in regular matches. But thank you for input.

I can't be bothered to explain all the reasons why this is a foolish idea so I won't bother. If your looking to start a 'pro' gaming team, maybe you should look somewhere else than a site predominately based around runescape...

 

Or I should have faith in some of the very talented members, it is more about the community rather than the pro-team. Please don't spam my topic saying stupid idea, this isn't a suggestion, I do not need your support, please get off of my topic, any other posts that are not relevant to what I am suggesting on this thread will be reported as spam, thank you.

 

I'm down but I only have MW2 right now. If we can win some tourneys then I'd gladly buy Black Ops back and play for both games.

A yes or no would be nice from the OP...I'm interested in this if its legit but I'm not going to waste my time checking back on this. I'll check back one more time and if you have yet to give an answer then I'm done...you built this thing up pretty big but you can't even take 5 seconds to answer someone. Makes me wonder how this team would even function during an actual match.

Ill hop on black ops today and see how i am, but i used to run gamebattles variant in cod4/mw2. I was a very talented player in cod4 and use to run scrims with a few of the guy's from envy (mainly stainville.) I havent really been on gamebattles since mw2 since our team split up, but I am a great team player and am very smart in terms of how i play. Ill try and be more active on blackops..send me a message on here if your interested.
