I pitched the idea into runelabs, I know alot of people would love this again, I have no fucking clue why it was changed. I would really appreciate some support for the idea on runelabs please =].

added another idea for bond trader npc. Basically an npc that sells bonds at current G.E. Price rather than being at the mercy of the rich. I play runescape to escape reality not imitate it.
