Not sure if this is the right section but meh.

Im looking for a ranked partner as i have played only one ranked game and im not exactly amazing. Im looking for someone on this kinda level?

Play a few dozen draft pick normals to get the hang of it before you start ranked. Focus not on your own individual ability, but your ability to synergize within a team. For example, Twisted Fate is one of the "strongest" picks in the game, but without any team cooperation he is one of the weakest. His DPS is very low, his mobility is pretty low; he's really only good for the ability to jump an unexpected stun.
