    Are you allowed to sell Common name accounts for Virtual Currency on that game?..I Mean them giving the money to my account and then me giving them the account.

    Do you mean runescape account with rare names? Yes you are, however it will be difficult for someone new on the site because people will be afraid that you will recover whatever you sell.
